Common questions
What if the date has passed?
Ask the vendor whether the account can be reopened. Some keep the data after the export window closes: Google Workspace's terms keep it 210 days with no export, and Microsoft 365 gives 90 days to export.
Why export before you sell the records?
A buyer can only license what still exists. The fit check shows who takes records like yours.
Does this send anything to Dataconto?
No. The dates are worked out on your device, and the calendar file is made there too.
Where do the dates come from?
From each vendor's own terms, data processing addendum or help pages, quoted word for word in our open dataset of tool terms. Where the terms set no export window, the date is the day the account ends.
